Sapete, un uomo malvagio potrebbe morire.
Avete mai visto quelle lunghe limousine?
Sulla strada per il funerale?
E voi lo sapete che quell'uomo era malvagio, perchè lo sapete.
Ed ecco che i pastori continuano a tentare dicendo: "Oh, Signore, accogli quest'uomo".
Ma voi sapete bene che a quel punto è troppo tardi.
Invece loro ci provano - haha! - provano a pregare Dio perchè lo accolga in cielo dopo che egli è morto!
Ad ogni modo, alcuni di voi forse mi hanno già visto in passato - alcuni di voi forse, haha, non mi hanno mai visto.
Non so.
Forse alcuni di voi mi hanno visto in passato e han detto: "Cosa sta succedendo a quest'uomo?
E' forse impazzito?". Hahahaha.
Beh, sapete, quando ero adolescente, ero solito ascoltare Hank Williams, Gene Vincent, Little Richard, e tutta quell'altra gente.
Credo che son stati loro a formare il mio stile in un modo o in un altro.
Non posso farci niente, questo tipo di musica che suono,
è semplicemente il tipo di musica che ho sempre suonato.
So quale tipo di persone suona questo genere di musica oggi.
Il Diavolo ha preso il rock 'n' roll e lo ha utilizzato per i propri scopi.
So bene che forse alcuni di voi si chiedono persino se esiste davvero un Diavolo.
No, io non sto parlando del Diavolo con il forcone e... mi state ascoltando?
Sì?? Bene.
Forse alcuni di voi possono aver sentito parlare di un diavolo con il forcone e le corna.
Quello non è necessariamente il Diavolo, no.
Sto parlando del Diavolo che un tempo era il servitore eletto di Dio.
Sto parlando di quel Diavolo.
E' un Diavolo spirituale.
E doveva essere vinto.
Ed è stato vinto, da quello che Gesù ha fatto quando era in croce.
Voglio dirvi soltanto questo.
Ve lo dico nella maniera più schietta possibile, sapete.
Alcuni di voi potrebbero non aver mai sentito ciò.
Bene, noi stiamo vivendo la fine dei tempi, so che tutti siamo d'accordo su questo.
E' l'ora della mezzanotte.
Dio vuole sapere quale è il Suo popolo e quale non lo è.
Ad ogni modo, ho visto Bruce Springsteen.
Mi è piaciuto un sacco, davvero. Haha.
Beh, sapete, Bruce è nato per correre (1).
Sapete, a meno che egli non venga acchiappato o cose del genere, continuerà a correre.
Dovreste corrergli dietro!
Ma voi non potete correre e non potete nascondervi...

You know, some kind of evil man might die.
Have you seen them long limousines?
On the way to the funeral?
And you know the man was evil, because you do know.
And there's the ministers always trying: "Oh, Lord, accept this man".
But by that time you know it's too late.
They try - haha! - they try to preach him into heaven after he's dead!
Anyway, some of you might have seen me before - some of you might, haha, might not have.
I don't know.
Some of you might have seen me before and said "What is up with this man?
Has he lost his mind?" Hahahaha.
Well, you know when I was growing up, I used to listen to Hank Williams, Gene Vincent, Little Richard, and all those people.
I think they formed my style in one way or another.
I can't help this type of music I play,
this is just the kind of type I've always played.
I know what kind of other people are playing this sort of music today, tell me some strange things.
And the Devil's taken rock'n'roll music and he's used it for his own purposes.
I know some of you might wonder even if there is a Devil.
No, I'm not talking about the Devil that's got a pitchfork and ... are you listening to me?
Yeah?? Alright.
Some of you might have heard about a devil with a pitchfork and horns.
That's not necessarily the Devil, no.
We're talkin about the Devil that was one time God's chosen servant.
We're talking about that Devil.
He's a spiritual Devil.
And he's got to be overcome.
And he has been overcome, by what Jesus did at the cross.
I just want to tell you that.
That's as short as I can put it, you know.
Some of you may not have heard that.
Well, we're living in the end times now, I know we all agree about that.
It's the midnight hour.
God wants to know who His people are and who His people aren't.
Anyway, I saw Bruce Springsteen.
I loved him, I really did. Haha.
Well, you know, Bruce he was born to run.
You know, unless he's grabbed or something,
he's gonna keep on running.
You'd be chasing him!
But you can't run and you can't hide ...
